When Hope needed to sell her home, one of her biggest concerns was keeping it neat and presentable to make it more appealing to buyers so she could get top dollar.  With two small, active children, she knew that this was no small task.

That’s where Brenda Richterkessing stepped in.  Brenda and the RKiHomes Team are so passionate about “staging” homes—putting them in the best possible light—that one of their included services is bringing in skilled interior designers to spruce up, clean out, upgrade, and rearrange to make the home inviting and attractive to potential buyers.  Brenda brought in Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) who understood the delicate balance between showing the best the house had to offer with Hope and her family’s need to continue living, playing, and working in their home until a buyer was found.

Hope’s house not only sold in three days to the first family that toured it, it also brought the highest dollar any home in their neighborhood ever had 

In the meantime, Brenda had searched for and found a house in a growing community for Hope and her family to call their new home. At work or at play, Brenda and her husband, Brian make a powerful partnership.  As Listing Manager, Brian is a crucial part of the RKiHomes Team and is responsible for creatively listing and marketing properties.  The two also share a love of the outdoors with their two dogs, Hops and Barley.  Whether hiking, biking, boating, fly fishing (Brian is a CCI certified fly fishing instructor), Brenda and Brian find togetherness is best in the open air with the wind in their hair.
